Do you only work on weddings?
Though they're fun and memorable, our business does
not solely focus on weddings--we are also involved in corporate events and fundraising galas. We've found that
in-house event coordinators are staff members who are already overworked with some experience in event planning. By tapping into our
experience and resources, we are able to provide quality service
without compromising business integrity.
Why do I need a planner?
There is a common scenario in wedding and event planning: the venue(s)
is booked and vendors are secured, but much more needs to be done.
With
an already hectic schedule clients can easily become overwhelmed
and stressed by the planning process. Our professional assistance offers reassurance. From refining your budget
to coordinating the rehearsal, every last detail can be planned
in order to ensure a beautiful, stress-free and memorable event.

from other planners?
We do not believe that we are the right planner for everyone. We believe in being the right planner for you. To properly carry out our clients' wishes we first need to know if we are a good fit for them. This starts with the initial meeting. Your day is one of the most important times of your life, and a personal connection is essential.
With two full-time staff members and extensive experience in multicultural and complex backgrounds, we combine the understanding of traditional elements with modern-day approaches to create elegant affairs. Whether it's a Chinese tea ceremony or a Persian wedding with an elaborate sofreh display or a groundbreaking product launch, we help take it to the next level to make it uniquely yours.
Do you charge a flat fee or a percentage
of my budget?
Our services are based on a flat fee and not on a percentage of your
overall budget. You shouldn’t have to pay us more for choosing the most sought-out venue or the best caterer in town.
My venue comes with a site coordinator--why should
I hire another coordinator?
On-site coordinators are an integral part of the team. However, their
responsibility usually lies with managing the details that pertain
to the logistics of their site. Often times they are not responsible for directing
or planning your event. What we offer is a more detailed understanding
of your plans; from budget development to vendor selections to producing
a staging guide for your day. Our job is to ensure you remain on
target with your planning, and that important questions are asked and answered: Have the floral centerpieces arrived?
Who is placing them in the proper locations? Have the musicians have had their
sound checks? Is the ring bearer here with the rings?
Why do I need a wedding coordinator on
my wedding day?
Behind every great wedding is a coordinator who makes it happen.
We take care of the last-minute details, and any emergency that may
arise. By entrusting your day to a professional coordinator
